Working Visa

Step 1: Secure a Job Offer

• Obtain a job offer from a Saudi employer.
• The employer must be registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

Step 2: Employer Applies for a Work Permit & Visa Authorization

• The employer applies for a work permit and visa approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and MHRSD.
• Once approved, MOFA issues a Visa Authorization Number.

Step 3: Medical Examination

• Undergo a medical test at an approved health center.
• The medical report must be submitted with the visa application.

Step 4: Submit Visa Application

• Apply for a work visa at the nearest Saudi embassy or consulate.
• Required documents include:
  • Valid passport (6+ months validity).
  • Visa Authorization Number from MOFA.
  • Medical test report.
  • Educational certificates (attested by the Saudi Embassy).
  • Police clearance certificate.
  • Employment contract.
  • Visa application form.
  • Passport-size photos (as per Saudi regulations).
